Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

  • All of our retail shipments are shipped via United States Postal Service. We provide you with a tracking number at the time of shipment, so you can follow the journey of your shipment to you.
  • We carefully package our items - especially the large format signs and delicate items. The large signs do come in large boxes. Please keep that mind when you expect delivery. 
  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will be glad to send it again for an additional shipping charge. 
  • International shipping is sent via United States Postal Service International First Class Mail. International Mail is not insured unless a direct request is made for an additional cost. 
  • Some countries have a long customs processing time. Please allow up to 30 days for deliveries. 
  • We cannot control the time it takes for your country's customs to process your package. Our shipping notifications only alert you that your shipment has left our studio and shipped from our local United States Post Office. 
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to mailing services. 
  • Some of our items have extended shipping times and are noted on the individual listings. 
  • We observe all US Postal Service holidays and only ship on business days (Monday through Friday).
  • We refund shipping overages. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • All refunds are done on a case-by-case basis.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to mailing services. 
  • In the event that we do accept a return/refund it you will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as paying for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Custom orders are a final sale – no exceptions.
